Finance Assistant (PT):
15 hours per week, non-exempt, providing accounting, operating, and recordkeeping support to the CFO. Duties include data entry, filing, report preparation, and scheduling; Office software knowledge, strong Excel skills, experience with financial reporting software. 2-year accounting degree + 2 years bookkeeping experience, nonprofit experience preferred. Pay range $15-$18/hour depending upon experience, education, and certifications.
Home Visitor, First Born® Program (FBP) FT (bilingual required Spanish/English):
The FBP of the Santa Fe Children’s Project, a nationally recognized early childhood intervention and prevention initiative of the UWSFC, provides home-based services to first time parents and their children, prenatal to three years. These positions include providing parenting support in home and community settings, networking with other resource providers, and documentation of services provided. BA degree or higher preferred. Experience working with young children and families essential. Reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License required. Salary Range $21k-$47k depending upon experience, education, and certifications.
Substitute Teachers for Pre-K and Afterschool Programs (On-Call):
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and responsible individuals to help with substitution needs within our 3 Pre-K classrooms and/or our After School Program.
