Home Visitor for First Born Program
Provides culturally sensitive in-home and community visitation services to first time families (prenatal to three years old). Provides education and support through use of reflective listening. Applies approaches from a structured curriculum to provide optimal opportunities for child and family growth and development. Links families with community resources. Documents all activities in clinical file and database formats. Provides ongoing developmental and other assessments. Must have reliable transportation.
BA minimum, prefer higher education, early childhood and home visitation experience. Bilingual with fluent Spanish is required. FT with salary range contingent upon experience, education, and certifications. Excellent benefit package.
