We use the information you provide about yourself when making a donation to complete and recognize that donation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that donation. We use the information you provide about someone else when making a donation only to mail the acknowledgement letter. We do not share this information with outside parties.
Credit card information submitted over the internet is not collected nor maintained by UWSFC. Credit card information submitted directly to our office for one-time donations is destroyed immediately upon processing. We use return email addresses to respond to the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.
You may contact us to receive information about UWSFC via our website or to join our listserve to include you in our regular commnications from UWSFC.
Finally, UWSFC will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information. UWSFC may rarely, but occasionally, send material in collaboration withother groups. When we send material in collaboration with other groups, we will manage our mailing list separately from any other list so that it remains private. ALL materials UWSFC sends, whether in collaboration or uniquely from us, will ALWAYS be identified by the UWSFC logo so that recipients can be sure that their personal information was handled securely. UWSFC does not solicit for other groups.
